Traditional mental health solutions cannot scale fast enough for Ukraine.

PURE helps more Ukrainians feel better, faster.

We bring practical support tools like EFT where they are needed most.

Key statistics: 325+ professionals trained, 14 NGO partners, 4 years in Ukraine, 1st to train pre-combat soldiers.

Why Traditional Solutions Aren't Enough

There aren't enough therapists.

Traditional techniques may not be spread easily across the country.

And trauma doesn't wait for an appointment.

Ukraine needs tools that anyone can learn, use immediately, and share with others.

What We Do

Group of Ukrainian students and adults with certificates

PURE helps Ukrainians feel better through practical, scalable emotional support tools. We do this by sharing EFT with psychologists, children, veterans and community organizations.

One trained practitioner can reach hundreds of people. That is how you scale mental health support across an entire nation.

We work on the ground in Ukraine and online, delivering training where it is needed most.

Why EFT Works

Evidence-Based Foundation

EFT is supported by more than 100 clinical studies and multiple meta-analyses showing significant reductions in anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Direct Nervous System Impact

EFT combines focused awareness with gentle tapping on acupressure points, directly calming the stress response in the nervous system.

Noticeable Shifts

Unlike traditional therapy, which can take weeks, EFT often produces a visible and lasting change in emotional well-being within minutes.

Licensed Psychologists and Psychiatrists per 100,000 people.

Some estimates suggest Ukraine has approximately one psychologist per 100,000 people while facing one of the largest wartime mental health burdens in Europe.

The gap is real. PURE is helping to close it.
